Freaks, earlier known as Robotic Movement, Future Movement and the Unknown are an electronic band from London, England. The band members are Justin Harris and Luke Solomon. They also run the record label "Music for Freaks". They both worked as a DJ under their own names and collectively as Freaks. "Sex Is Not the Enemy" was a single (music), single released from alternative rock band Garbage (band), Garbage's fourth album ''Bleed Like Me'' (2005). Written as a protest song, "Sex Is Not the Enemy" was influenced by the 2004 Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show controversy, which led to a censorship row across American Broadcast media, media after singer Janet Jackson's bare breast was exposed by Justin Timberlake in what was later referred to as a "wardrobe malfunction". The lyrics incorporated themes that broached the George W. Bush administration, Bush administrations efforts to roll-back gay rights, reproductive rights and in general, the civil liberties of the American people as well as the rise of the moral majority, moral right wing in the United States. Matthew Herbert (born 1972), also known as Herbert, Doctor Rockit, Radio Boy, Mr. Vertigo, Transformer, and Wishmountain, is a British electronic musician. He often takes sounds from everyday items to produce electronic music. Career Matthew Herbert released his first album, ''100 Lbs'', in 1996, which “gathers early 12″s from a time when Herbert was very much a ‘dance music’ producer”. In 1998, Herbert issued ''Around the House'' with Dani Siciliano, which mixed dance beats, sounds generated by everyday kitchen objects, and vocals. Gerald Rydel Simpson (born 16 February 1967), better known as A Guy Called Gerald, is a British record producer and musician. Isolée
Rajko Müller, better known by his stage name Isolée, is a German electronic music producer. He is noted for his work in the microhouse genre, reminiscent of indie electronic pop music of the early eighties and ambient techno from a decade on. Isolée is credited with creating the very first microhouse record to reach the club charts. Isolée's 2000 album ''Rest'', containing the hit "Beau Mot Plage", was arguably the first microhouse full-length. The Human League
The Human League are an English synth-pop band formed in Sheffield in 1977. Initially an experimental electronic outfit, the group signed to Virgin Records in 1979 and later attained widespread commercial success with their third album ''Dare'' in 1981 after restructuring their lineup.
