Fraser Dale
Frazer Dale (born 10 November 1993) is an Australian rules footballer, for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League. Career In his junior career, Dale played TAC Cup football for the Calder Cannons, playing initially as a half forward flanker, then later as a defender. Following the 2011 season, Dale was recruited to the AFL as a rookie by the Carlton Football Club with its third round selection in the 2012 Rookie Draft (pick No. 50 overall). He played much of the 2012 season with Carlton's , the Northern Blues, and made his senior debut for Carlton in Round 17. Benalla is a small city located on the Broken River gateway to the High Country north-eastern region of Victoria, Australia, about north east of the state capital Melbourne. Andrew Dale (born 19 April 1962) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) in 1986. He played two games with Melbourne in the 1986 VFL season. He was recruited from Diamond Valley Football League club Eltham, where he was a senior coach in 1988. Adam Craig Dale (born 30 December 1968) is a former Australian cricketer who played in two Test matches and 30 One Day Internationals between 1997 and 2000. He played in first-class and List A cricket for Queensland Bulls and in club cricket for North Melbourne Cricket Club, Heidelberg Cricket Club, Northcote Cricket Club, Old Paradians Cricket Club and Research Cricket Club. Dale was a part of the Australian team that won the 1999 Cricket World Cup. From a short, ambling run-up, Dale delivered medium-paced outswingers with nagging accuracy. He therefore become known more as an economical bowler in one-day cricket, although he was selected for two Tests throughout his career and was very successful for Queensland in the first-class arena. Northern Blues
The Preston Football Club, which trades and plays as the Northern Bullants, is a long-established Australian rules football club based in Preston that plays in the Victorian Football League (VFL). It plays its home games at the Preston City Oval. The club was established in 1882 as the Preston Football Club. The club participated in the Victorian Football Association (VFA) between 1903 and 1911, and then since 1926. After World War II, the club was known as the Bullants, and wore a plain red guernsey with a white monogram. The club later became the Northern Bullants. The Calder Cannons is an Australian rules football club from Melbourne, Australia. The club competes in the NAB League, the Victorian Statewide Under-18s competition, and fields squads in the Under-15s, Under-16s and Under-18s. The club was formed in 1995 after the need for two more metropolitan clubs. The geographic catchment area for the club is the north western suburbs of Melbourne extending to cover the Macedon Ranges area. Rookie List
The rookie list is a means for Australian Football League (AFL) clubs to maintain additional players outside the 38-man primary or senior list. Rookie listed players are not eligible to play in AFL home-and-away or finals matches unless they are elevated to the senior list, either to replace a retired player or a player with a long-term injury. Recruitment There are two categories of rookie: Category A and Category B. Category A primarily represents players with a traditional Australian rules football development; Category B rookies are players from non-traditional recruiting backgrounds. Australian Football League
The Australian Football League (AFL) is the only fully professional competition of Australian rules football. Through the AFL Commission, the AFL also serves as the sport's governing body and is responsible for controlling the laws of the game.
