Frans Oskar Lilius
Frans Oskar Lilius (15 April 1871 - 12 December 1928) was a Finnish politician. He was a member of the Senate of Finland. He was born in Messukylä and died in Helsinki. Finland ( fi, Suomi ; sv, Finland ), officially the Republic of Finland (; ), is a Nordic country in Northern Europe. It shares land borders with Sweden to the northwest, Norway to the north, and Russia to the east, with the Gulf of Bothnia to the west and the Gulf of Finland across Estonia to the south.
