Frans Christiaan Frederiks (born 12 November 1980), known by his stage name Lange Frans, is a Dutch rapper and television presenter. From 1997 to 2004 he was a member of the band D-Men. Between 1997 and 2009 he was part of the Lange Frans & Baas B duo before starting a solo career. In 2019 the duo reformed and made a few appearances, but in April 2021 Baas B returned with a solo album, claiming that he and Frederiks were no longer on the same page "in terms of message". Frans Adelaar (born 5 December 1960) is a Dutch association football, football manager and former professional player. He most recently was manager of Dutch top amateur side IJsselmeervogels. Career Club career Adelaar played professional football for FC Utrecht and after that he played for the amateur clubs Door Ons Vrienden Opgericht, DOVO and HVV Hollandia. Managerial career After retiring as a player in 1993, Adelaar has managed GVVV, FC Utrecht, Akratitos F.C., Akratitos, De Graafschap, ADO Den Haag and FC Volendam. He was appointed by Sparta Rotterdam in May 2009 and dismissed in April 2010. He studied economics at the Erasmus university in Rotterdam and later immigrated to the United States. Frans Andersson (23 May 1911, Copenhagen – 1988) was a Danish bass-baritone who sang major roles at the Cologne Opera, La Scala, Vienna Opera, Berlin State Opera, and Bayreuth. Frans Helmerson (born 1945) is a Swedish cellist, pedagogue, and conductor. Biography Helmerson was born in 1945 and by the age of 8 began playing cello. Later on, he studied with Guido Vecchi in Götheborg, Giuseppe Selmi in Rome, and with William Pleeth in London. His first concert was in Stockholm, Sweden after which he went on to travel throughout Europe, Asia, United States, and Russia.
