Francesco Piccari
Francesco Piccari (born 7 September 1979) is a former professional tennis player from Italy. Biography Career Piccari began competing professionally when aged 18 but didn't quite master until he was 19. He competed in several Grand Slam qualifying draws, including at the 2005 Australian Open, where he lost to future tournament winner Novak Djokovic, who was playing his first match in a Grand Slam. At the 2008 Croatia Open in Umag, he made the main draw of an ATP Tour tournament for the only time. He featured in both the singles and doubles competitions. In the singles, after winning two qualifying matches, he was beaten in the first round by local player Roko Karanušić. He reached the quarter-finals of the doubles with countryman Gianluca Naso, beating Marcos Daniel and Nicolás Massú, before their tournament was ended in a match decided by a super tie-break, to top seeds David Škoch and Lovro Zovko. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. Andreas Seppi (born 21 February 1984) is an Italian former professional tennis player. He reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 18 on 28 January 2013. He became the first Italian to win a title on all three surfaces. Leonardo Azzaro
Leonardo Azzaro (; born 30 May 1978) is a former professional tennis player from Italy. Career Azzaro won a silver medal for Italy at the 2001 Mediterranean Games in Tunisia. He defeated Slovenian Marko Tkalec in the semi-final, before losing the gold medal play-off to Konstantinos Economidis of Greece. The left-handed player appeared in the main draw of three Grand Slams, all in the Men's Doubles, but never made it past the first round. Andrey Golubev ( rus, Андре́й Алекса́ндрович Го́лубев; born July 22, 1987) is a Kazakh professional tennis player.
