Fouzi Lekjaa
Fouzi Lekjaa (Arabic: فوزي لقجع; born on 23 July 1970) is a Moroccan football administrator and businessman, who is the president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation since 2014, and a member of the FIFA Council since 2021. On 7 October 2021 he was appointed Minister Delegate to the Minister of Finance, responsible for the budget. Biography Fouzi Lekjaa was born in Berkane on 23 July 1970, to a middle-class family. He spent his childhood in this city where he obtained his baccalaureate before starting higher studies in Rabat. His father is a former Arabic teacher who started his career in Berkane. In 2009, Lekjaa was appointed president of the Berkane Sports Renaissance Club. Berkane
Berkane ( ber, translit=Berkane, ⴱⴻⵔⴽⴰⵏ) is a city in northeastern Morocco, in the tribal area of Aït Iznasen, limited by the Mediterranean to the north, the Kis river (Moroccan-Algerian border) and Oujda Province in the east, Nador Province to the west, and Taourirt Province in the south. It is the capital of Berkane Province. Population The city recorded a population of 109,237 in the 2014 Moroccan census. Chabab Rif Al-Hoceima, also referred to as CRA, is a Moroccan football club based in Al Hoceima, a Riffian city in northern Morocco. The club was founded in 1953 and is best known for their 2010 promotion to the Botola Pro, the top tier league in Moroccan football league system. History In 2007, Chabab Rif Al Hoceima promoted to the GNF 2 for the third time in their history.
