Jaakko Forsman
Jaakko Forsman (1839, Vähäkyrö — 1899) was a Finnish jurist and politician, as well as a leading activist of the Fennoman movement. In 1857, he attained his doctorate in law at the University of Helsinki with the first Finnish language dissertation ever submitted to the Faculty of Law there. In 1879, he was appointed professor of law and legal history. He was acting rector of the university from 1896 to 1899. His contributions to the 1889 Finnish Criminal Code and his lectures in criminal law, which came to be regarded as the code's authentic interpretation, earned him the title of "Father of Finnish Criminal Law". Ingela Birgitta "Pling" Forsman (born 26 August 1950 in , Sweden) is a Swedish lyricist in popular music. As a student Forsman attended the Adolf Fredrik's Music School in Stockholm. 1981–2009, 33 of her songs have competed in the Swedish Melodifestivalen, three of them winners: ''Bra vibrationer (song), Bra vibrationer'' (1985), ''Se på mej'' (1995) and ''Kärleken är'' (1998). Ina Forsman (born 1994) is a Finnish blues and blues rock singer-songwriter. She has been involved in the recording of six albums since 2013. Career She was born in Helsinki, Finland. At the age of six, Forsman decided she wanted to be a singer. She was initially influenced after hearing a Christina Aguilera recording, but later became entranced by the work of Donny Hathaway, Sam Cooke, and Aretha Franklin. When she was 15 years old, she came to the attention of the television watching public when competing in the first series of ''The Voice of Finland''. She was noticed by the harmonicist Helge Tallqvist, who helped nurture her talent. Daniel Bruce Forsman (born July 15, 1958) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour and who now plays on the Champions Tour. Early years Forsman was born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. however his family relocated to Mountain View, California where he grew up. He learned to play golf at Los Altos Golf and Country Club and spent summers caddying for club members. He attended Awalt High School (currently Mountain View High School) where he lettered on both the golf and basketball teams. He attended Arizona State University majoring in Communications. Andrew Clark Forsman is an American drummer and percussionist from Mukilteo, Washington, known as one of the founding members of the Seattle-based progressive rock band The Fall of Troy. Early life and youth career Forsman grew up in Mukilteo, Washington and graduated from Kamiak High School in 2004. Forsman started drumming at a young age. When he was in 7th grade, his parents told him that money was tight, and he had to stop taking drum lessons. His instructor at the time, Rick Strenslan, was so confident in his student's future success that he continued to give Forsman lessons for free. In high school he joined the Kamiak Show Band drumline, where he befriended Fall of Troy member Thomas Erak.
