A.C. (Athletic Club) Fokikos ( el, Α.Σ. Φωκικός) is a Greek professional football club of Phocis, Greece, established in Amfissa. The club was first founded in 1932 (unofficially existed from 1928) under the name "Panamfissaikos" and twenty years later (1952) was renamed to "Amfissaikos". In 1964 was finally named "Fokikos" and currently plays in Football League, the second level of the Greek football league system. Team's colors are blue and white (alternatively red and white). Badge of the team consists of two olive tree branches, framing a ball. History According to the newspaper "FOKIS" in the town of Amfissa existed Gymnastic Club of Amfissa or "Brotherhood of Amfissa" founded on 20 April 1896 which grew classic sports along with the music. Phocis Football Clubs Association ("Phocis or Fokida F.C.A.", Greek: Ένωση Ποδοσφαιρικών Σωματείων Φωκίδας ''Enosis Podosfairikon Somateion Fokidas'') is one of the newest Greek amateur football clubs associations, representing teams from the Greek prefecture of Phocis. The association was founded in 1984 after breaking up from the old Phocis-Phthiotida Football Clubs Association. Aleko Yordan
Aleko Yordan (Alekos Iordanou) ( el, Αλέκος Ιορδάνου; 10 January 1938 – 21 September 2019) was a Turkish professional footballer who played as a center back and a later manager. Club career Yordan from a very young age he showed his talent and played football in Prasina Poulia, where he was noticed by Kleanthis Maropoulos, who also played in the Messinian team. At the age of 17, he was transferred to the Beyoğlu. In 1959 signed a professional contract with Beykoz in the newly founded Turkish Süper Lig. He remained in Beykoz for three seasons, until he returned to Greece to play for AEK Athens, the continuation of Pera Club for the old Constantinopolitans. Krzysztof Warzycha
Krzysztof Ireneusz Warzycha (, el, Κριστόφ Βαζέχα; born 17 November 1964) is a Greek-Polish former professional footballer who played as a forward for Ruch Chorzów and for Greek club Panathinaikos. At international level, he represented the Poland national team, scoring nine goals in 50 appearances. He is widely considered as the best Panathinaikos player of all time. Michalis Kasapis
Michalis Kasapis ( el, Μιχάλης Κασάπης; born 6 June 1971) is a Greeks, Greek former professional Association football, footballer who played as a left back and a later manager. In 1995 he was voted as the second best Greek footballer and as one of the 22 best European players in 2001–02, he played in the Europe XI after he was called by the Johan Cruyff and he is considered one of the best Greek left backs to ever play the game. Club career Kasapis started his career in 1988, playing for Levadiakos F.C., Levadiakos.
