Fille Cainglet
Fille Saint Merced Nombres Cainglet-Cayetano (born January 30, 1990) is a Filipina volleyball player of the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). Fille also played for the Petron Blaze Spikers in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) from 2013 to 2016. Career Cainglet started playing volleyball in fifth grade with her classmates at St. Scholastica's College Manila. Cainglet enjoyed and excelled in the sport and became a member of the varsity volleyball team of St. Scholastica's College Manila in high school. After graduating from high school, she together with four other blue-chipped high school volleyball players was recruited by Ateneo De Manila University, where she played varsity volleyball for five years and was named team captain of the 2011 Ateneo Lady Eagles Volleyball Team. Ateneo Lady Eagles
The Ateneo Blue Eagles are the collegiate varsity teams of the Ateneo de Manila University that play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), the premiere collegiate league in the Philippines. The collegiate women's varsity basketball team is called the ''Lady Eagles''. The Ateneo collegiate men's varsity basketball team was not always called the Blue Eagles. It got the name Blue Eagles when Ateneo adopted the ''Eagle'' as its mascot in 1938. Prior to that, from 1914 it was known under different names. Beginning with UAAP Season 84 in May 2022, Ateneo de Manila University officially decided to unify student athletes and varsity teams under the "Blue Eagles" moniker, regardless of sport, gender, or age group. 2015 PSL All-Filipino Conference
The 2015 PLDT Home Ultera PSL All-Filipino was the first conference of the Philippine Super Liga for its third season. The conference began on March 21, 2015 at the Mall of Asia Arena and ended on May 14, 2015 at the Cuneta Astrodome. There was no tournament for the men's division. In the women's division, the former Generika Lifesavers became Shopinas.com Lady Clickers, the original Mane 'n Tail Lady Stallions were renamed Philips Gold Lady Slammers and a new team assumed the Mane 'n Tail name, while RC Cola did not participate. 2014 PSL Grand Prix Conference
The 2014 PSL Grand Prix was the second tournament of the Philippine Super Liga for its 2014 season. The tournament ran from October 18, 2014 to November 30, 2014. The tournament's major sponsor was Asics. FIVB Referees Commission director Mohammed Hassan was the guest of honor of the opening ceremony held in Smart-Araneta Coliseum. For this tournament, several teams took leave from the league, due to their participation in the Reinforced Open Conference (Season 11) of the Shakey's V-League, which coincided with the tournament - namely, the Philippine Army Lady Troopers (defending women's division champion), the Cagayan Valley Lady Rising Suns, the PLDT Home TVolution Power Attackers and the Instituto Estetico Manila Phoenix Volley Masters. 2011 SVL Season
The 2011 Shakey's V-League (SVL) season was the eighth season of the Shakey's V-League. There were three indoor conferences in 2011 season. 1st Conference The Shakey's V-League 8th Season 1st Conference was the thirteenth conference of Shakey's V-League, a collegiate women's volleyball league in the Philippines founded in 2004. The conference started April 3, 2011 at The Arena in San Juan. The teams were divided into two groups that played a single round robin. Group A was comprised Ateneo, FEU, San Sebastian, Southwestern University, and Lyceum. Group B had Adamson, CSB, University of St. La Salle (Bacolod), UPHSD, and NU. The top four teams in each group advanced to the quarterfinal round. The eight teams were again divided into two groups and played one round.
