Fiona Susannah Grace "Fi" Glover (born 27 February 1969) is a British BBC journalist and presenter who formerly presented the ''Fortunately'' podcast, '' The Listening Project'' for BBC Radio 4 and ''My Perfect Country'' for the BBC World Service. ''Fortunately'', which has been downloaded 23 million times, was the 2018 winner of the ARIAS ( Audio and Radio Industry Awards) Funniest Show and won Silver at the 2019 British Podcast Awards. It is currently No. 5 in the BBC’s most popular podcasts and has been No. 1 in the Apple podcast charts. From January 2021, it will be broadcast on a regular slot on BBC Radio 4. Slough
Slough () is a town and unparished area in the unitary authority of the same name in Berkshire, England, bordering west London. Charlie Whelan
Charles Alexander James Whelan (born 3 February 1954, north-east Surrey) is former political director of the British trade union Unite. He rose to prominence as spokesman for Labour politician Gordon Brown from 1992 to 1999. He has also worked as a presenter on BBC Radio. Early life and career Whelan's father was a Conservative-voting civil servant. Between 1968 and 1974, Whelan went to Ottershaw School, a state boarding school in Ottershaw, Surrey, which had been established in 1948 by Surrey County Council (SCC) as a boarding school for boys of 12 to 18 years of age. It was the first of its kind in the country to be entirely in the hands of a Local Education Authority. BBC Two

''24 Hours in the Past'' is a BBC One living history TV series first broadcast in 2015. Six celebrities were immersed in a recreation of impoverished life in Victorian Britain. Each of the four episodes represented 24 hours living and working in four different occupations. A key part of the series was its immersive nature. The four episodes were ostensibly filmed in direct sequence, and the participants lived, ate and slept in the often filthy conditions portrayed. Living history has become a popular theme in recent UK TV series, usually involving Ruth Goodman and regular collaborators in a long-term series, filmed in intermittent episodes with a cast of historians.
