Feridun Bilgin
Feridun Bilgin (born 1964) is a Turkish civil servant and politician who served as the Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communication of Turkey from 7 March to 17 November 2015. Formerly the Undersecretary to the Ministry, Bilgin took over from the Justice and Development Party minister Lütfi Elvan as required by Article 114 of the Turkish constitution. He was one of the founders of the newly founded Future Party in 2019. Early life and career Bilgin was born in Sivas in 1964 and graduated from Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Electricity and Electronics in 1985. Between 1985 and 1987, he did a Master's degree at the Yıldız Technical University Department of Electrical Engineering. The First Cabinet of Ahmet Davutoğlu was the 62nd government of the Turkish Republic, which took office on 29 August 2014. It was the fifth majority government to be formed entirely by the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and was headed by its leader and the 26th Prime Minister of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoğlu. The government assumed office during the 24th parliament of Turkey and succeeded Erdoğan's third cabinet. Kenan İpek (born 5 October 1959) is a Turkish legal prosecutor and judge who served as the Minister of Justice of Turkey from 7 March to 17 November 2015. Efkan Ala
Efkan Ala (born 21 February 1965) is a Turkish politician and former civil servant who served as the Minister of the Interior from November 2015 to August 2016;. He previously held the same post from 2013 to June 2015 despite not being a member of parliament at the time. He served as Governor of Batman from 2003 to 2004, as Governor of Diyarbakır from 2004 to 2007, and as Undersecretary to the Prime Minister from 2007 to 2013. State Planning Organization (Turkey)
State Planning Organization ( tr, Devlet Planlama Teşkilatı, DPT) was founded on September 30, 1960, as part of the NUC's plans to help Turkey recover from the rule of the DP (whose leader Adnan Menderes did not use state planning except partially in the agricultural sector). It was one of the most important governmental organizations in Turkey.
