Ferhad Pasha Sokolović
Ferhad Pasha Sokolović ( tr, Sokollu Ferhad Paşa, sh, Ferhad-paša Sokolović) (died 1586) was an Ottoman general and statesman from Bosnia. He was the last sanjak-bey of Bosnia and first beylerbey of Bosnia. Origin Born into the Sokolović family, he was, like his close relative Grand Vizier Sokollu Mehmed Pasha (Mehmed-paša Sokolović) abducted as part of the ''devşirme'' system of collection of Christian boys to be raised to serve in the janissary corps, Islamized and recruited into Ottoman service. While one part of the family became Islamized, the other stayed Christian; notably, another relative (possibly Mehmed's brother), Makarije Sokolović, was appointed as a Serbian Patriarch by Mehmed Pasha, who with the support of the Sultan had revived the Patriarchate of Peć. Serdar Ferhad Pasha
Serdar Ferhad Pasha ( Turkish: ) was an Ottoman statesman of Albanian descent. He was twice grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire between 1 August 1591 and 4 April 1592 and between 16 February 1595 and 7 July 1595.İsmail Hâmi Danişmend, Osmanlı Devlet Erkânı, Türkiye Yayınevi, İstanbul, 1971 (Turkish) Career He became Agha of the Janissaries in 25 February 1582 but dismissed his position with the effect of Koca Sinan Pasha. Ferhad Ayaz (born Ferhat Ayaz; 10 October 1994) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Bosnian club Borac Banja Luka. Career Ayaz, who came to Sweden when he was five years old, started playing football in Karlslunds IF HFK and played as a junior also for IFK Kristinehamn before joining Degerfors IF. Ayaz started his professional career with Degerfors IF in Superettan, the Swedish second tier, where he made 56 appearances and scored 14 goals across two full seasons. In 2015, he moved to Gaziantepspor in his country of birth. He made his Turkish Süper Lig debut on 31 January, but failed to impress and returned to his native country and Örebro SK in 2016. Ferhat Bey Draga
Ferhat Bey Draga (1880–1944) was a noted Kosovo Albanian politician during the Balkan Wars and World War I and Axis collaborator during World War II. Biography Ferhat Draga was born in Kosovska Mitrovica, Ottoman Empire. He was the brother of Nexhip Draga, another politician mostly known as co-founder of the Džemijet party. Ferhat was educated in Istanbul, where he was active together with his brother Nexhip in the movement for the Albanian writings and schools. He supported the Latin script for writing the Albanian language. During the Young Turk Revolution, Galib Bey managed to get Albanian leaders Ferhat Draga, Nexhip Draga and Bajram Curri to attend a meeting at Firzovik (modern Ferizaj) and use their influence to sway the crowd through fears of "foreign intervention" to support constitutional restoration. Ferhat Imazighen Imula, also known as Ferhat Mehenni ( Kabyle: Ferḥat Mehenni or Ferḥat Imazighen Imula, born March 5, 1951), is a an Algerian Kabyle political activist, singer, and founder and first President of the Movement for the Autonomy of Kabylia.
