Farhad ( fa, فرهاد ''farhād''), also spelt Ferhaad or Ferhod, has been a Persian name for men since the Parthians, first recorded for Arsacid kings circa 170 BC. Farhad Kazemi ( fa, فرهاد کاظمی; born 1 July 1959 in Tehran) is an Iranian football coach With many professional clubs in his résumé, Kazemi has established himself as one of the top coaches in a country which has many enthusiastic football lovers – Iran. Farhad Kazemi was very successful in coaching Sepahan F.C. during the 2002–03 season to make the Isfahan based club, the first non-Tehran team to win an Iranian league. Farhad Daftary ( fa, فرهاد دفترى; born 1938 in Brussels) is a Belgian-born Iranian-British Islamic scholar who is co-director and head of the Department of Academic Research and Publications at the Institute of Ismaili Studies in London. Farhād Tarāsh
The Farhād Tarāsh (), or Tarāsh-e Farhād is a long smoothed rock surface on Mount Behistun in western Iran. Located near the famous Behistun Inscription, its height is around 30 meters and its width is around 200 meters. The retaining wall in front of it is c. 150 meters. The work is registered as a national heritage in Iran, and it's the biggest work of such kind in Iran. The Farhād Tarāsh has sparked interest from medieval geographers including Istakhri (died 957) and Yaqut al-Hamawi (died 1229) to travelers and archaeologists in modern times. Creation Various interpretations have been given about its creation. In the early 19th century, H. C. Farhad Khan
Farhād Khān ( fa, , bn, ফরহাদ খাঁ), also known as Nizam-e-Zamanah ( bn, নিজাম-ই-জমানা) or Nizam-e-Zaman ( fa, ), was a Mughal military strategist who had many positions throughout his life. He was the most well-known Faujdar of Sylhet Sarkar, governing in the late 17th century during the reign of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. He was renowned for the construction of numerous bridges and places of worship in the region. Career Farhad was the thanadar of Bhalwa (Noakhali). Farhad Darya (Pashto/Dari: ; born 22 September 1962) is an Afghan singer, composer and music producer who has written and composed songs in various languages. Darya sings in various languages including mostly his native language of Persian/Dari and Pashto but also in Uzbeki, Hindi-Urdu and English. Farhad Majidi ( fa, فرهاد مجیدی; born 3 June 1976) is an Iranian football coach and former player who currently manages Al-Ittihad Kalba SC in UAE Pro League. He mostly played as attacking midfielder for Esteghlal when he was a football player. He started his career at Bahman club and also played in Austrian, Emirati and Qatari clubs. He was a member of Iran national football team from 1996 to 2011 and played 45 games for the national team. Farhad Aliyev ( az, Fərhad Əliyev) is an Azerbaijani politician. He was born in 1963 in Azerbaijan. Early life Farhad Aliyev received his school education at Alar village in 1970–1980, where he was born. Farhād ( pal, Frahāt, fa, فرهاد) is a famous character in Persian literature and Persian mythology. The story of his love with Shirin is one of the most famous love stories in Persian culture. Farhad Fakhreddini ( fa, فرهاد فخرالدینی; born 11 March 1938 in Tabriz, East Azerbaijan) is a renowned Iranian composer, conductor and founder of Iran’s National Orchestra.
