Felicia Hano
Felicia Yukiye Hano (born August 7, 1998) is a retired American artistic gymnast and trampolinist. She was a U.S. National team member in 2014, and was a member of the UCLA Bruins women's gymnastics team. Career In her career as a trampolinist, she won silver medals in the Tumbling and Double mini trampoline competitions at the World Age Group Championships. As an artistic gymnast, she qualified to the 2013 USA National Gymnastics Championships in Hartford, Connecticut. She completed one day of competition but withdrew on the final day due to a mild concussion. She attended San Gabriel High School. She joined the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Gymnastics roster following high school. Hano competed at the 2014 Secret U.S. Classic, her senior debut. Gymnastics Uneven Bars
The uneven bars or asymmetric bars is an artistic gymnastics apparatus. It is made of a steel frame. The bars are made of fiberglass with wood coating, or less commonly wood. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is UB or AB, and the apparatus and event are often referred to simply as "bars". The bars are placed at different heights and widths, allowing the gymnast to transition from bar to bar. A gymnast usually adds white chalk to the hands so that they can grip the bar better. The vault is an artistic gymnastics apparatus which gymnasts perform on, as well as the skill performed using that apparatus. Vaulting is also the action of performing a vault. Both male and female gymnasts perform the vault. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is VT. Tsukahara
Mitsuo Tsukahara (塚原 光男 ''Tsukahara Mitsuo'', born December 22, 1947) is a Japanese artistic gymnast. He was five times an Olympic Gold Medalist. He remained active in the sport after his retirement from competition. He served as vice president of the Japan Gymnastic Association. Tsukahara competed throughout the late 1960s and 1970s, retiring from gymnastics competition in 1978 after the World Championships. Winning five gold, one silver and three bronze medals, Tsukahara was an important contributor in Japan's win at the team competition in three consecutive Olympic Games: in 1968, 1972 and 1976. He married fellow gymnast Chieko Oda. Alyssa Baumann
Alyssa Lyn Baumann (born May 17, 1998) is a retired American artistic gymnast, and has competed for the United States at international events as well as for University of Florida team. Baumann is the 2014 and 2015 United States silver medalist on the balance beam. She was a member of the 2014 World Championship team that won gold. Career Senior International Elite 2014 In her first year at senior level (age 16 and above), Baumann represented the United States at the 2014 City of Jesolo Trophy in Italy. Baumann placed first in the team competition and second on the balance beam. At the 2014 P&G National Championships, she placed fourth in the all-around. San Gabriel High School
San Gabriel High School (SGHS) is a public high school located in Los Angeles County, California and operated by the Alhambra Unified School District. It is almost entirely in the city limits of Alhambra with a small portion in the city limits of San Gabriel. Double Mini Trampoline
Double mini trampoline, sometimes referred to as double mini or DMT, is a Gymnastics discipline within trampolining. Participants perform acrobatic skills on an apparatus smaller than a regular competition trampoline. The apparatus has both an angled section and a flat section. Unlike individual trampoline, where scoring is predominantly determined by Execution, Time of Flight and Difficulty, the Difficulty in DMT plays a more prominent role in the final score. A DMT routine or pass consist of two phases. The first phase is called a "mount"; during this phase the athlete jumps onto the angled part and flips off of it onto the flat part. Trampolining or trampoline gymnastics is a competitive Olympic sport in which athletes perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. In competition, these can include simple jumps in the straight, pike, tuck, or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward and/or backward somersaults and twists.
