"Feel It Again" is a song by Canadian hard rock band Honeymoon Suite. Written by the band's keyboardist, Ray Coburn and released in 1986 as a single from Honeymoon Suite's second album, ''The Big Prize ''The Big Prize'' is the second album by Honeymoon Suite, released in 1985. It featured four hit singles, including the band's biggest hit in the U.S., " Feel It Again," and "Bad Attitude," which was notably featured in a sequence in the final ep ...'', the song was the band's first top 20 hit in Canada and was also the band's biggest stateside hit, reaching #34 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 on the week ending May 10, 1986. Honeymoon Suite
Honeymoon Suite is a Canadian rock band formed in 1981 in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The band's name was a nod to the fact that Niagara Falls is the unofficial honeymoon capital of the world. History 1981–1985 The band was originally formed in 1981 by Johnnie Dee (vocals, guitar), Brad Bent (keyboards, vocals) and Mike Lengyell (drums, formerly with The Diodes). By 1983, the line-up changed, with Dee (the only original remaining member) now on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, along with new recruits Derry Grehan on lead guitar and Dave Betts on drums, both of whom had recorded two albums as members of Toronto-based new wave group Steve Blimkie and the Reason. Grehan became the band's primary songwriter, and penned "New Girl Now," which won them an unsigned band contest put on by Toronto radio station Q107. ''The Big Prize'' is the second album by Honeymoon Suite, released in 1985. It featured four hit singles, including the band's biggest hit in the U.S., " Feel It Again," and "Bad Attitude," which was notably featured in a sequence in the final episode of ''Miami Vice'' 4 years later. In 1990 the album was certified Triple Platinum in Canada (in excess of 300,000 copies sold) by the CRIA (Canadian Recording Industry Association). The album cover features a newly married couple having their picture taken by some tourists at Niagara Falls, Honeymoon Suite's hometown. The photo was taken on the Canadian side of the Falls. Following the release of this album, the band won the Juno Award for "Group of the Year" and was also nominated for " Album of the Year" in 1986. Glam Metal
Glam metal (also known as hair metal or pop metal) is a subgenre of heavy metal that features pop-influenced hooks and guitar riffs, upbeat rock anthems, and slow power ballads. It borrows heavily from the fashion and image of 1970s glam rock. Early glam metal evolved directly from the glam rock movement of the 1970s, as visual elements taken from acts such as T. Bruce Earl Fairbairn (December 30, 1949 – May 17, 1999) was a Canadian record producer. He was active as a producer from 1976 to 1999, and is considered one of the best of his era. His most successful productions are ''Slippery When Wet'' and ''New Jersey'' by Bon Jovi, '' Permanent Vacation'', ''Pump'', and ''Get a Grip'' by Aerosmith, '' The Razors Edge'' by AC/DC, and ''Balance'' by Van Halen, each of which sold at least three million copies. He was originally a trumpet player, then started a career as a record producer for Canadian rock band Prism. Fairbairn won the Canadian music industry Producer of the Year Juno Award three times.
