Fatma Jynge
Fatma Jynge (29 November 1945 – 16 July 2019) was a Norwegian architect and politician for the Labour Party. Born in Tanzania and educated in Nairobi, Kenya, Jynge moved to Norway in 1971. She eventually assumed various administrative positions, in Hedmark County Municipality, in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, and in the Norwegian State Housing Bank. She was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government in 2000, but served only for a short period. Hamar is a List of cities in Norway, town in Hamar Municipality in Innlandet Counties of Norway, county, Norway. Hamar is the administrative centre of Hamar Municipality. Nairobi ( ) is the capital and largest city of Kenya. Hedmark County Municipality
Hedmark County Municipality ( no, Hedmark fylkeskommune) was the regional governing administration of the old Hedmark county in Norway. The county municipality was established in its most recent form on 1 January 1976 when the law was changed to allow elected county councils in Norway. The county municipality was dissolved on 1 January 2020, when Hedmark was merged with the neighboring Oppland county, creating the new Innlandet county which is led by the Innlandet County Municipality. Contrary to the position secretary of state in many other countries, a Norwegian state secretary does not head his or her ministry, rather, they are second in rank to a minister.
