State Highway 95 (SH 95) is a state highway which connects the cities of Yoakum and Temple in the U.S. state of Texas. Route description SH 95 runs northward from Alt. US 77 at the northern edge of Yoakum. It travels through Shiner (crossing Alt. US 90), Moulton, Flatonia (intersecting US 90 and Interstate 10), Smithville, Bastrop, Elgin (meeting US 290), and Taylor (crossing US 79) before ending at US 190 in Temple. State Highway 20 (SH 20) is a highway maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) that runs from New Mexico State Road 460 at the state line between Texas and New Mexico at Anthony in El Paso County to Interstate 10 at McNary in Hudspeth County. Coupland ( ) is a city in southeastern Williamson County, Texas, United States. According to the 2019 Population Estimate of the United States Census, the population was 317. Coupland's athletic teams are the "Cowboys." The Coupland Independent School District serves area students. Coupland ISD serves grades K–8. State Highway 130 (SH 130), also known as the Pickle Parkway, is a freeway from Interstate 35 (I-35) in San Antonio along I-410 and I-10 to east of Seguin, then north as a toll road from there to I-35 north of Georgetown. The route parallels I-35 and is intended to relieve the Interstate's traffic volume through the San Antonio–Austin corridor by serving as an alternate route.
