Farglory U-Town
The Farglory U-Town () is a skyscraper complex located in Xizhi District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The complex comprises four skyscraper buildings completed in 2015, with a total floor area of . The tallest of the four buildings is Towers B and C, which have a height of and comprise 37 floors above ground, as well as 7 basement levels. Towers A and D have a height of with 37 floors above ground. As of December 2020, they are the tallest buildings in Xizhi District, 10th tallest in New Taipei City and 35th tallest in Taiwan. Floors B1 to 3 of the buildings house the IFG Farglory Square, a large shopping mall. Floor 4 houses the U-Museum and floors 5 to 37 are office buildings. IFG Farglory Square
iFG Farglory Square () is a shopping center in Xizhi District, New Taipei, Taiwan that opened on 23 October 2015. Owned and operated by the Farglory Group, it is the first and largest shopping mall in the district. It occupies levels B1 to 3 of the skyscraper complex Farglory U-Town. With a total floor area of , the main core stores of the mall include Carrefour Xike store, Nitori, Muji, Timberland as well as various themed restaurants and a food court on level B1. Xizhi District
Xizhi () is an inner city district in eastern New Taipei City in northern Taiwan, and is located between Taipei City and Keelung City. Compared to most districts in eastern New Taipei, which are very sparsely populated, Xizhi is one of the more populated districts in New Taipei, with a population of 204,691 people as of August 2022. Xike Railway Station
Xike () is a railway station in New Taipei, Taiwan served by Taiwan Railways. Located near Xizhi's technology park, it experiences heavy traffic during the morning and early evening rush hours. Construction Construction started in June 2005 and finished on schedule in December 2007. During planning the names South Xizhi Station (南汐止站) and Xizhi Technology Park (汐科園區站) were mooted, but eventually the name Xike Station (汐科站) was chosen. Usage Media reports have highlighted Xike Station as part of the " MRT-ization" plan for Taiwan's urban railways, offering convenient transport for commuters, spurring new residential construction, and raising property prices in the vicinity of the station.
