''Fantasy (Gensoukyoku)'' is the third studio album by Japanese singer Akina Nakamori. It was released on 23 March 1983 under the Warner Pioneer label. The album includes the hit single "Second Love". Background ''Fantasy (Gensoukyoku)'' is the first studio album released in 1983. The music production team consisted of a main arranger, Mitsuo Hagita, Akira Ootsu, Kisugi siblings Etsuko and Takao, Shizuka Ijūin, Masao Urino, Hiroaki Serizawa and Toshiyuki Kimori. Akina Nakamori
is a Japanese singer and actress. She is one of the most popular and best-selling artists in Japan. Akina achieved national recognition after winning the 1981 season of the talent show ''Star Tanjō!''. Her debut single "Slow Motion" was released to moderate success, peaking at number thirty on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart. Nakamori's popularity increased with the release of her follow-up single, "Shōjo A", which peaked at number five on the Oricon charts and sold over 390,000 copies. Her second album '' Variation'' became her first number-one on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart, staying in that position for three weeks. is the second studio album by Japanese entertainer Akina Nakamori. It was released on October 27, 1982 by Warner Pioneer under the Reprise Records label. The album includes the controversial single hit "Shōjo A". It became Nakamori's first number-one on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart and her best sold album. Background ''Variation (Hensoukyoku)'' is Nakamori's second studio album, released in 1982, three months after the release of her debut album. The music production team consisted of main arrangers Mitsuo Hagita and Kei Wakakusa, Kisugi siblings Etsuko and Takao, Masao Urino, Hiroaki Serizawa, Yukinojo Mori and Yoshitaka Minami. is the third single by Japanese entertainer Akina Nakamori. Written by Etsuko Kisugi and Takao Kisugi, the single was released on November 10, 1982, by Warner Pioneer through the Reprise label. It was also the lead single from her third studio album '' Fantasy (Gensoukyoku)''. Background "Second Love" was originally written for Junko Ohashi as a follow-up to her 1981 hit single , but was passed on to Nakamori. Following the success of Nakamori's second single " Shōjo A", the director of her talent agency wanted the next single to be , as it was also written by Masao Urino. However, the rest of the agency were not enthusiastic about releasing the song, and it was decided that "Second Love" would be the third single instead. Masao Urino
is a Japanese lyricist, script writer, and film director. He has written lyrics for many musical groups and individual artists, sometimes under the pseudonym . After graduating from Tochigi Prefectural Ashikaga High School, he graduated in 1974 with a degree in literature from Sophia University. After graduating, he worked as a copy writer for the advertising firm , which went bankrupt in 1999. Due to missing an error in an advertisement in a national newspaper, though, he was forced to do other work. While working at Tōkyū Agency International (now Frontage), he made his lyricist debut with the 1981 Chanels song ''Hoshi Kuzu no Dance Hall''.
