Fabio Wibmer (born 30 June 1995 in Kals am Großglockner) is an Austrian cyclist and stuntman, YouTuber who mainly practices street trials as well as downhill mountain biking. He is best known for his online street trials videos which are comparable to those by Danny MacAskill. He is sponsored by energy drink company Red Bull. He won the national downhill mountain biking championships in 2016, as well is a part of SICK! Kals Am Großglockner
Kals am Großglockner is a municipality in the district of Lienz in the exclave of East Tirol in the Austrian state of Tyrol. Geography Kals is located in northern East Tirol, near the border to Salzburg and Carinthia. Located in the valleys of Kalser and Iseltals on the Kalserbach river, Kals is dominated by mountains, and the famous Großglockner mountain, the tallest mountain in all of Austria, is located partly in the municipality. Canyon Bicycles GmbH (abbr.: Canyon) is a German manufacturer of road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, triathlon bikes and e-bikes based in Koblenz, Germany. Mountain bike trials, also known as observed trials, is a discipline of mountain biking in which the rider attempts to pass through an obstacle course without setting foot to ground. Daniel "Danny" MacAskill is a Scottish trials cyclist, from Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye. He works professionally as a street trials / mountain bike rider for Santa Cruz Bicycles. In April 2009, he released a five-minute street trials video to YouTube, filmed by his flatmate Dave Sowerby. This video gained widespread media attention, featuring stunts performed by MacAskill set to " The Funeral" by Band of Horses.
