Faakhir
Faakhir Mehmood ( ur, ) is a Pakistani actor, singer, keyboradist, composer and music producer. He started out his career with the Pakistani musical group Awaz. However, due to conflicts of interest, the band split in 2000 and they all went to become solo artists. The band Awaz also consisted of well known musician Haroon. Early life and career Faakhir attended the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. During his university years, he met another young singer, Haroon. Together, they formed the band Awaz in 1992. Faakhir joined the band as a keyboardist and Asad Ahmed as a guitarist. After the band split in 2000, Faakhir embarked on a solo career. Faakhir started working on his album ''Aatish'' in July 2000 by releasing his first single in August, a national song "Dil Na Lagay, Pakistan". After deciding to go solo, Faakhir started work on his debut album, ''Aatish'', which was released in 2002. He followed it up with ''Sub Tun Sohniyeh'' in 2003, and Mantra in 2005 ...

Coke Studio (Pakistani Season 9)
The ninth season of the Pakistani music television series '' Coke Studio'' commenced airing in Pakistan on 13 August 2016, concluded on 24 September 2016 and contained seven episodes. Season nine aired Fridays (digitally) and Saturdays (televised), on various timings and channels across the country. The Strings and Coca-Cola returned as an executive producers, while for the first time in series history, season was composed by six music directors, namely Noori, Shani Arshad, Jaffer Zaidi, Faakhir Mehmood, Shiraz Uppal, and Shuja Haider under the supervision of Strings. Awaz
Awaz ( ur, آواز ) was a Pakistani pop band that formed in Islamabad in 1992. The group was formed by Haroon Rashid, lead vocalist, who was soon joined by keyboardist Faakhir Mehmood and lead guitarist Asad Ahmed. Awaz were one of the pioneer bands of the local pop music scene and were highly skilled and talented musicians, producers and composers. The band's skill at composing and producing was often overlooked and the focus was on their good looks, glossy videos, catchy songs and wild stage performances. ''Ho Mann Jahaan'' ( ur, ) is a 2015 Pakistani coming-of-age musical drama film, written and directed by Asim Raza at his directorial debut. Zebunisa Bangash (born 7 March 1982), better known as Zeb Bangash, is a Pakistani singer-songwriter from Lahore, Punjab. Her family originally comes from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
