FC Uralelektromed Verkhnyaya Pyshma (russian: «Уралэлектромедь» (Верхняя Пышма)) was a Russian football team from Verkhnyaya Pyshma. It played professionally in 1989 and 1993. Their best result was 16th place in the Zone 6 of the Russian Second Division in 1993. Verkhnyaya Pyshma (russian: Ве́рхняя Пышма́) is a town in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, located north of Yekaterinburg. Population: History It was founded in 1660 as the village ('' selo'') of Pyshminskoye, which was named after the Pyshma River. A copper mine opened here in 1856. FC Ural Yekaterinburg (russian: ФК Урал) is a Russian association football club based in Yekaterinburg. They play in the Russian Premier League.
