FC Mostransgaz Gazoprovod
FC Mostransgaz Gazoprovod (russian: Футбольный клуб "Мострансгаз" Газопровод) is a defunct Russian association football club based in Moscow. Founded in 2000 in Moscow as "Dynamo-MGO-Mostransgaz". The club changed the name to "Mostransgaz" for the next two seasons (2001–2002). The club represented the settlement of Selyatino in the Moscow Oblast before moving the headquarters to Gazoprovod but still plays the home matches in Selyatino. Mostransgaz was promoted to the Russian Professional Football League for the 2002 season, entering the Centre Zone and finished 14th place in the league out of 20 teams. Before the start of 2003 season, the club decided once again to change the name to "Medic" but due to the financial problems, they lost the status as a professional club due to the financial problems and finally was forced to disband, giving up the place in the PFL to FC Petrotrest Saint Petersburg for the 2003 season. The Russian Second League (russian: Первенство России II дивизиона ФНЛ), formerly Russian Professional Football League is the third level of Russian professional football. History In 1998–2010, it was run by the Professional Football League. The 2011–12 season was run by the Department of Professional Football of the Russian Football Union (russian: Департамент профессионального футбола Российского футбольного союза (ДПФ РФС), Departament professional'nogo futbola Rossijskogo futbol'nogo soyuza (DPF RFS)). From 2013 to 2021 season the league was again run by the Professional Football League and the name Second Division was no longer used, the league was just called PFL. FC Dynamo Saint Petersburg is a Russian football club from Saint Petersburg, in Northwest Russia. Founded in 1922, the club was one of the oldest in the city. It plays in the third-tier Russian Football National League 2. They were a regular in the Soviet Top League until relegation in 1963. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, their highest status was in the second-level Russian National Football League for several seasons, and the fifth place in the league is their greatest achievement. In July 2015, the club was purchased by Boris Rotenberg. In June 2018, the team moved to Sochi, becoming PFC Sochi; in Saint Petersburg there remained Dynamo youth team.
