Fărcașa ( hu, Farkasaszó) is a Commune in Romania, commune in Maramureș County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Buzești (''Szamosújfalu''), Fărcașa, Sârbi (''Oláhtótfalu''), and Tămaia (''Tomány''). The commune is located in the western part of the county, on the border with Satu Mare County. It lies on the right bank of the river Someș, at a distance of from the county seat, Baia Mare. Mircea Anca (; 10 June 1960 – 28 November 2015) was a Romanian film actor and director. He graduated from the I.L. Caragiale Institute of Theatre and Film Arts in 1989 with specialty acting, and in 2003 with specialty theater directing.
