Kittie
Kittie is a Canadian Heavy metal music, heavy metal band formed in London, Ontario in 1996. All of their material has been released through independent record labels, which to date includes six studio albums, one video album, four extended plays, thirteen singles, and thirteen music videos. "Kittie" was chosen as the band name because the name "seemed contradictory." Kittie formed in 1996 when Fallon Bowman and Mercedes Lander met in gym class. Morgan Lander became the lead vocalist and one of Kittie's guitarists and Tanya Candler completed the band's lineup on bass. After signing to NG Records, Kittie released their debut album ''Spit (album), Spit'', which was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America, RIAA and sold at least 600,000 copies in the United States. ''Funeral for Yesterday'' is the fourth album released by the heavy metal music group Kittie. The album was released on February 20, 2007 (April 3 in Canada) via the band's own label, X of Infamy Records, with distribution through EMI. The album was accompanied by a bonus DVD that shows behind-the-scenes footage of the band recording the album. It was the first album to feature guitarist Tara McLeod and the only album to feature bassist Trish Doan before she died in 2017. The album debuted at #101 in the Billboard Top 200, selling 9,000 copies in its first week. Development history ''Project Gotham Racing 4'' was accidentally leaked by a Peugeot press release for a competition for a car designed by a contestant to be featured in the game before the announcement by Bizarre Creations. The competition was won by Mihai Panaitescu with the Peugeot Flux. Shortly after, the game was confirmed at X06, with a trailer titled ''Eclipse'' shown. The trailer was made available to download on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The car featured in the trailer is a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.
