"Fun" is the lead single from Blondie's eleventh studio album '' Pollinator''. It was released on February 1, 2017, on all major online platforms. On February 13, 2017, the single was released as a 7-inch single in the UK. The single included the Johnny Marr penned track "My Monster" as a B-side. Several remixes were made for the track, and released on digital singles on March 8. Reception The single made the UK radio Airplay charts in early February 2017, reaching number 22 on February 24, 2017. The single was also chosen as ''Record of the Week'' on BBC Radio 2 and added to their A-List of songs which are the most played on the station. Blondie is an American Rock music, rock band co-founded by singer Debbie Harry and guitarist Chris Stein. The band was a pioneer in the American New wave music, new wave scene of the mid-1970s in New York. Their first two albums contained strong elements of Punk rock, punk and new wave, and although highly successful in the UK and Australia, Blondie was regarded as an underground music, underground band in the U.S. until the release of ''Parallel Lines'' in 1978. Kris Vanderheyden (Halle, Belgium), known by his stage name as Insider, is a Belgian techno and electronic music, electronic music producer. He is considered one of the leading pioneers of the Belgian originated techno electronic dance music scene. Studio 54 is a Broadway theater and a former disco nightclub at 254 West 54th Street in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Operated by the Roundabout Theatre Company, Studio 54 has 1,006 seats on two levels. The theater was designed by Eugene De Rosa for producer Fortune Gallo and opened in 1927 as the Gallo Opera House. The current Broadway theater is named after a nightclub on the same site, founded by Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager, which operated within the theater's space in the late 1970s and the 1980s. Plans for the Gallo Opera House announced in 1926, and it opened on November 8, 1927, as a legitimate theater and opera house for the San Carlo Grand Opera Company. Sutan Ibrahim Karim Amrullah ; (born June 14, 1974), often shortened to Sutan Amrull, is an American drag performer and make-up artist who also uses the stage name Raja Gemini or simply Raja.
