''Fulk Al Salamah'' ("Ship of Peace") is a superyacht in service with the Oman Royal Yacht Squadron since its completion in 2016. It was first announced in 2014 as project Saffron. It joined the Lürssen superyacht ''Al Said'' in the capital Muscat as part of the royal fleet. At , ''Fulk Al Salamah'' is the second longest yacht in the world as of 2022. House Of Busaid
The House of Busaid (, ), also known as Al Said dynasty, is the current ruling royal house of the Oman, and former ruling royal house of the Omani Empire (from 1744 to 1856), Sultanate of Muscat and Oman (1856 to 1970) and the Sultanate of Zanzibar (1856 to 1964). It was founded by Ahmad bin Said al-Busaidi, ruler of Oman and its east African territories at the time. Oman Royal Yacht Squadron
The Oman Royal Yacht Squadron is the Sultan of Oman's personal fleet of pleasure craft ranging from the grand Al Said through to the traditional wooden-hulled sailing vessel Zinat al Bihaar. The Squadron is totally independent of the Royal Navy of Oman and the Royal Guard of Oman and is administered by the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs. The Squadron's personnel strength is 150. ''Al Said'' is a luxury yacht owned by the Sultan of Oman. The yacht was ordered to be made in 2006, by Lürssen. The ship was code named Project Sunflower during its construction.
