Fulgence Nsengiyumva
Fulgence Nsengiyumva is a Rwandan politician. In 2016, Nsengiyumva was appointed as Minister of State for Agriculture (Minagri) of Rwanda. In October 2016, Nsengiyumva met US Ambassador to Rwanda, Erica J. Barks-Ruggles, at the launch of the Agriculture Land Information System in Kigali. The system was launched in partnership with the US Agency for International Development (USAID). Rwanda (; rw, u Rwanda ), officially the Republic of Rwanda, is a landlocked country in the Great Rift Valley of Central Africa, where the African Great Lakes region and Southeast Africa converge. Erica Jean Barks-Ruggles (born 1967) is a diplomat and former United States Ambassador to Rwanda. She was nominated by President Barack Obama and confirmed by the Senate in November 2014.
