Fujifilm GFX 50R
The Fujifilm GFX 50R is a mirrorless medium format camera produced by Fujifilm. It shares its image sensor, processor and most of its components with the larger GFX 50S. The 50R is smaller and less expensive than the 50S but looks like the X-Pro2. The camera was announced by the corporation on September 25, 2018. The camera has been available for sale since November 2018. It is a mirrorless medium format camera incorporating a large sensor, 1.7 times the size of a full-size 35mm image sensor. Unlike the 50S, the 50R only has a smaller electronic viewfinder located on the left of the body. The 50S has a larger viewfinder located in its center. The GFX 50R was discontinued in September 2021 upon the announcement of the Fujifilm GFX50S II. The Fujifilm GFX 50S II is a mirrorless medium format camera produced by Fujifilm. It is the latest camera featuring the Fujifilm G-mount. The camera, together with the X-T30 II, and some lenses, were announced by Fujifilm during the X Summit in Japan on September 2, 2021. The camera will be available for sale at the end of September 2021. The GFX50SII has the same body as the GFX 100S featuring an improved autofocus (from the GFX 50S) and a powerful in-body image stabilization (IBIS) mechanism. The camera will use the 50MP sensor that is the same as the existing GFX cameras. It will have an X-Processor 4 chip used in GFX 100S. The GFX50S II is the latest GFX camera. The Fujifilm GFX 50S is a mirrorless medium format camera produced by Fujifilm. It was the first camera featuring the Fujifilm G-mount. The camera was announced by Fujifilm during the photokina 2016 exhibition in Cologne, Germany, and production began at the start of 2017.The camera was available for sale from February 28, 2017. It is the second mirrorless medium format camera ever produced and the first one with the shutter attached to the body and not to the attached lenses (focal plane shutter).
