Fubon Senior Open
The Fubon Senior Open was a men's golf tournament on the European Senior Tour. The tournament was held from 2011 to 2013 at Miramar Golf Country Club, north-west of New Taipei City, Taiwan. The event was co-sanctioned with the Senior PGA of Taiwan. In 2013 the prize fund was $450,000. Frankie Miñoza
Francisco "Frankie" Miñoza (born 29 December 1959) is a Filipino professional golfer. Miñoza has played extensively in Asia, winning a number of tournaments on the leading Asian and Japanese tours in addition to many lesser events on the local circuits, especially in the Philippines and Malaysia. In 1990 he won three times on the Asia Golf Circuit and topped the tour's Order of Merit. He spent most of the following years, and had his most notable successes, on the Japan Golf Tour. In 1998 Minoza featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking having recorded several top finishes in Japan, including a victory in the Asia Circuit co-sanctioned Kirin Open. He also won three other tournaments on the Asia Circuit, and captured the Order of Merit for the second time. Lu Chien-soon (, born 28 December 1959) is a Taiwanese professional golfer. Lu won 20 tournaments in his native Taiwan. He also had success elsewhere in Asia, especially on the Asia Golf Circuit, where he won seven national opens between 1983 and 1989 and was the overall circuit champion twice, in 1983 and 1988. He also played on the Ben Hogan Tour (now Nationwide Tour) in 1992, where his best finish was T-5 at the Ben Hogan Louisiana Open. He played on the Japan Golf Tour in 2001, where his best finish as a member was T-11 at the NST Niigata Open Golf Championship, he had previously finished T-9 at the 1985 Golf Digest Tournament as a non-member. Christopher Gary Williams (born 20 March 1959) is an English-born golfer who currently lives in South Africa. Williams has won seven times on the Sunshine Tour. Early life Williams was born in Liverpool, England. He moved to Johannesburg, South Africa in his late teens. Professional career In 1978, Williams turned professional, shortly after moving to South Africa. The Legends Tour is the current branding of the European Senior Tour, a professional tour for male golfers aged 50 and over, run by the PGA European Tour. The tour was branded as the Staysure Tour for the 2018 and 2019 seasons after UK-based insurance company Staysure became the first-ever title sponsors of the senior tour in December 2017.
