Fu Wenhua
Fu Wenhua (; born January 1965) is a major general in the People's Liberation Army of China. He is an alternate member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Fu was born in January 1965, and graduated from the PLA Army Command Academy and PLA National Defence University, and once studied in Germany. Fu served in the 16th Group Army (now 78th Group Army) for a long time. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in June 1985. In 2016, he was appointed chief of staff of the 54th Group Army (now 83rd Group Army), succeeding Xu Qiling. He became chief of staff of the 81st Group Army in March 2017. On 30 July 2017, he led his troops to participate in the military parade celebrating the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Liberation Army. Fu (surname)
傅 (Mandarin: ; Hokkien: Poh) is an ancient Han Chinese surname of imperial origin which is at least 4,000 years old. Xu Qiling
Xu Qiling (; born July 1962) is a general ('' Shangjiang'') of the People's Liberation Army (PLA). He was the commander of the Western Theater Command. He formerly served as commander of the Western Theater Command Ground Force, commander of the Eastern Theater Command Ground Force, and commander of the 79th Group Army. (; ja, 将, Shō; ) is the rank held by general officers in some East Asian militaries. The ranks are used in both the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China on Taiwan. The People's Liberation Army and the People's Armed Police use three levels at present while the Republic of China Armed Forces use four. In both North and South Korea the rank is also used. Rear Admiral
Rear admiral is a senior naval flag officer rank, equivalent to a major general and air vice marshal and above that of a commodore and captain, but below that of a vice admiral. It is regarded as a two star "admiral" rank. It is often regarded as a two-star rank with a NATO code of OF-7. The term originated in the days of naval sailing squadrons and can trace its origins to the Royal Navy. Each naval squadron was assigned an admiral as its head, who commanded from the centre vessel and directed the squadron's activities. The 81st Group Army (), formerly the 65th Group Army, is a military formation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Ground Forces (PLAGF). The 83rd Group Army (), formerly the 54th Group Army, is a military formation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Ground Forces (PLAGF). The 83rd Group Army is one of twelve total group armies of the PLAGF, the largest echelon of ground forces in the People's Republic of China, and one of three assigned to the nation's Central Theater Command.
