Anne Lise Frøkedal known by her stage name Frøkedal is a folk-pop, singer-songwriter from Norway. Previously known as a member of acclaimed Norwegian bands Harry's Gym and "I Was A King", in 2015 she debuted as a solo artist. Releasing a series of singles and an EP in 2015, she released her debut album ''Hold On Dreamer'' in 2016. Harrys Gym
Harrys gym (sometimes misspelled as Harry's Gym) was a Norwegian pop group. The band consisted of Anne Lise Frøkedal (vocals, guitar), Erlend Ringseth (keyboard), Bjarne Stensli (drums), and Ole Myrvold (bass guitar). The band was formed in 2006, released their debut album, ''Harrys gym'', in October 2008 and split up on 11 January 2013. Propeller Recordings is a Norwegian independent record label, launched in 2003 in Oslo. It has grown into an influential label both in its home city as well as worldwide, and has now expanded to include a UK office based in London. Etne is a List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Vestland county, Norway.
