Anders Fridén
Pär Anders Fridén (born 25 March 1973) is a Swedish vocalist, best known as the lead singer of Heavy metal music, heavy metal band In Flames. He was also the vocalist of Dark Tranquillity and Passenger (Swedish band), Passenger, a side project. Career Early career Fridén was originally the vocalist for Dark Tranquillity. He performed on their debut album, Skydancer (Dark Tranquillity album), Skydancer, but left the band soon after. Two years later he joined In Flames. Coincidentally Mikael Stanne had left In Flames (being only a session player) and switched from rhythm guitar to lead vocals in Dark Tranquillity, so the two effectively traded places. Fridén was also the lead vocalist for another band known as Ceremonial Oath with In Flames founder Jesper Strömblad. 1995–present: In Flames Fridén started with In Flames on the 1996 album ''The Jester Race''. Carl Friden
Carl Friden (April 11, 1891 – April 29, 1945) was a Swedish-born, American mechanical engineer and businessman who founded the Friden Calculating Machine Company (Friden, Inc.). Background Carl Mauritz Fredrik Friden was born in Alvesta in Kronoberg County, Sweden. A company biography of Carl Friden from the 1960s or before stated that he was born Carl Bengtsson, but later took Fridén as his surname. In 1912, he graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Friden became a mechanical engineer representing the Swedish Match Trust. In 1913, Friden traveled to in London, England, to assemble match machines for his company. In 1914, he traveled to Australia with the same purpose in mind, but was stranded there when World War I broke out. In the interim he worked on his ideas for designing a more reliable calculator. Yue Xia Wang Fridén, born November 13, 1962, in Jiujiang, China, is a Swedish-Chinese table tennis player. Wang Fridén won the Swedish Championship for ladies in team 1998 with Norrköpings BTK, Norrköping's BTK. She has also received another 26 gold, one World Cup silver, two World Cup bronze, two European Championship silver and three gold in the Nordic Championship in the veteran class.
