Frenship High School
Frenship High School is a public high school located in Wolfforth, Texas, United States. It is classified as a 6A school by the UIL. The school serves students in grades 10–12 from Wolfforth, parts of western Lubbock, and southwest Lubbock County, as well as a small eastern portion of Hockley County. In 2015, the school was rated " Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. Naming confusion When Wolfforth School District was unified with three other rural districts (Carlisle, Hurlwood and Foster) in 1935, they applied for the name "Friendship Independent School District". The application was rejected as the name was already taken by a Houston-area school district; thus, officials opted for the name Frenship. Frenship (stylized FRENSHIP) is an American pop duo, consisting of James Sunderland and Brett Hite. They are best known for their 2016 single, "Capsize (song), Capsize". Career Sunderland and Hite met while working at the fitness store Lululemon and became fans of each other's music; this led to them creating music together. The duo first posted to SoundCloud the song "Knives", which was produced alongside Norwegian producer Matoma. The track gained popularity online which led the duo to upload a second track, "Nowhere", followed by "Carpet". David Thomas (American Football)
John David Thomas (born July 5, 1983) is a former American football tight end who played in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft, and also played for the New Orleans Saints. He played college football at Texas. Donovan Smith is an American football quarterback for Houston. He previously played college football for Texas Tech. Early life and high school career Smith originally attended Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, mainly playing as a wide receiver while also serving as the team's backup quarterback. Glen Dee Hardin (born April 18, 1939) is an American piano player and arranger. He has performed and recorded with such artists as Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, Emmylou Harris, John Denver, and Ricky Nelson.
