Fremantle Australia Pty Ltd. (formerly FremantleMedia Australia) is the Australian arm of global British production and entertainment company Fremantle. It was formed in 2006 by the merger of market leader Grundy Television and comedy specialists Crackerjack Productions, which had both been acquired previously by Fremantle. Channel 5 is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel launched in 1997. ''CNNNN'' (''Chaser NoN-stop News Network'') is a Logie Award winning Australian television program, satirising American news channels CNN and Fox News. It was produced and hosted by comedy team The Chaser. ''CNNNNs slogan was "We Report, You Believe.", a parody of Fox News' slogan "We Report, You Decide." In April 2004, ''CNNNN'' won a Logie Award for Most Outstanding Comedy Program, an award that was shared with ''Kath & Kim''. St Leonards is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
