Frederick (Fred) Seibert (born September 15, 1951) is an American television producer, co-founder of MTV and the CEO of FredFilms, an animation production company based in Burbank, California. His official biography states he has led five (working) lives. He has held leading positions with MTV Networks, Hanna-Barbera, Next New Networks, and(founded) Frederator Studios and Networks. Seibert is an angel investor in several technology and media start-ups, has produced live action and animated programs for cable television and the internet, and began his professional career as a jazz and blues record producer. Seibert's work has been honored in numerous fields. Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV (born January 10, 1965) is an American animator, director, producer, writer, and voice actor. He is most known for creating the Nickelodeon series ''The Fairly OddParents'', ''Danny Phantom'', ''T.U.F.F. Puppy'', and ''Bunsen Is a Beast''. Hartman also owns a production company, Billionfold Inc., which he uses primarily to produce his shows. Hartman was an executive producer on ''The Fairly OddParents'' for the entirety of its 16-year run. ''Hard Luck Duck'' is a ''What a Cartoon!'' animated cartoon directed by William Hanna, produced by Hanna-Barbera Cartoons, and broadcast as a part of ''World Premiere Toons'' on Cartoon Network on April 16, 1995. ''George and Junior'' are cartoon characters, two anthropomorphic bears created by Tex Avery for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. All of the George and Junior shorts were directed by Tex Avery in the 1940s. They appeared in four cartoons: ''Henpecked Hoboes'' (1946), ''Hound Hunters'' (1947), ''Red Hot Rangers'' (1947), and ''Half-Pint Pygmy'' (1948). The cartoons would usually follow the misadventures of two bears inspired by George and Lennie from John Steinbeck's ''Of Mice and Men'': George, the short, short-tempered intelligent one (voiced by Dick Nelson) and Junior, the tall, dim-witted one (voiced by Tex Avery). Van Partible (born Efrem Giovanni Bravo Partible; December 13, 1971) is a Filipino-born American animator, storyboard artist, director, writer and producer best known for creating the animated television series ''Johnny Bravo''. Early life and education Partible was born in Manila but moved to the United States when he was nine months old. He grew up in Salinas, California with an avid love of drawing. Dino () is a character (arts), fictional character featured in the Hanna-Barbera animated television series ''The Flintstones'', and its spin-off (media), spin-offs and feature films. Joseph Roland Barbera ( ; ; March 24, 1911 – December 18, 2006) was an American animator, director, producer, storyboard artist, and cartoon artist who co-founded the animation studio and production company Hanna-Barbera. Born to Italian immigrants in New York City, Barbera joined Van Beuren Studios in 1927 and subsequently Terrytoons in 1929. In 1937, he moved to California and while working at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Barbera met William Hanna. William Denby Hanna (July 14, 1910 – March 22, 2001) was an American animator and cartoonist who was the creator of ''Tom and Jerry'' as well as the voice actor for the two title characters. Alongside Joseph Barbera, he also founded the animation studio and production company Hanna-Barbera.
