Fred Rouse (gridiron Football)
Fred Rouse (born December 17, 1985) is a former professional gridiron football wide receiver. He was originally signed by the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League (2009–), UFL in 2011. High school career Rouse attended Lincoln High School (Tallahassee), Lincoln High School in his home town of Tallahassee, Florida, and was teammates with Antonio Cromartie until his sophomore year. As a senior, he had 608 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, for an average of 20.1 yards per catch. He was a ''Parade (magazine), Parade'' All-American and invited to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, where he had five receptions for 29 yards and 55 yards in punt returns. The Orange Bowl is an annual American college football bowl game played in the Miami metropolitan area. It has been played annually since January 1, 1935, making it, along with the Sugar Bowl and the Sun Bowl, the second-oldest bowl game in the country, behind the Rose Bowl (first played 1902, played annually since 1916). The Orange Bowl is one of the New Year's Six, the top bowl games for the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision. The Orange Bowl was originally held in the city of Miami at Miami Field before moving to the Miami Orange Bowl stadium in 1938.
