Fred Marshall, (March 13, 1906 – June 5, 1985), was a member of the United States House of Representatives from the U.S. state of Minnesota. Marshall born in Union Grove Township, near Grove City, Meeker County, Minnesota; graduated from Paynesville, Minnesota High School; engaged in farming; member of the Minnesota Agriculture Administration Committee, 1937 – 1941; State director of the Farm Security Administration (later the Farmers Home Administration) 1941 – 1948; delegate, Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) convention, 1966. Fred Marshall (British Politician)
Fred Marshall (10 March 1883 – 1 November 1962) was a British politician. Born in South Anston, Yorkshire, Marshall, a wagon builder by trade, was elected as a Labour Party member of Sheffield City Council in 1919, serving as Lord Mayor of Sheffield in 1933/4. He entered Parliament by winning the 1930 Sheffield Brightside by-election, but lost the seat at the following year's general election. Marshall was re-elected, again for Sheffield Brightside, at the 1935 general election. Frederick Marshall (British Army Officer)
Lieutenant-General Sir Frederick Marshall (26 July 1829 – 8 June 1900) was a British Army officer. Military career Marshall was commissioned as a cornet in the 10th Hussars on 18 September 1849. He was promoted to lieutenant on 16 September 1851 and, after transferring to the 1st Regiment of Dragoons on 14 October 1851, he saw action in the Crimean War and was promoted to captain on 4 February 1859. Marshall was promoted further to major on 6 March 1863. Promoted to lieutenant colonel on 8 March 1864, he was given command of the 2nd Regiment of Life Guards. He was then promoted to full colonel on 6 March 1868 and to major general on 20 October 1877. After taking part in the Anglo-Zulu War in spring 1879, Marshall was appointed a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George on 19 December 1879. Frederic Marshall (lawyer)
Frederic Marshall (13 March 1839 – 1 August 1910) was a British barrister. The fourth son of William Marshall of Northampton, he was educated at the University of London, graduating BA in 1862 and LLB in 1870. He entered the Inner Temple on 27 May 1867 and was called to the bar on 17 November 1870. He practised on the North Wales circuit, and was for the counties of Merioneth and Montgomery from 1884 to 1892. He was made Queen's Counsel in 1893 and a bencher of the Inner Temple in 1900, and was a member of Convocation for the University of London.''Who Was Who'', vol. I, p. 475. Marshall was married firstly to Annie, daughter of J. B. Evans of Wansfield Hall, Staffordshire; she died in 1900. Frederick Marshall (6 June 1902 – 17 May 1975) was an Australian politician, and a member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly from 1956 until 1959 representing the seats of Wembley Beaches. Biography Marshall was born in Grays, Essex, England, to Benjamin Marshall, a general labourer and merchant seaman, and Jane née Rollingson, and was educated locally. In 1922, he arrived in Western Australia, living with his family in Victoria Park. On 2 June 1930, he married Irma Priest at St Andrews' Church in Subiaco, with whom he was to have two sons and three daughters. In the 1930s, he worked as a labourer and storeman, and became a foreman of sustenance gangs during the Great Depression who were digging contoured channels on dams in the South West region. By 1938, he was working for the Department of Water Supplies, and moved frequently with his young family as work demanded. Friedrich William von Marschall (5 February 1721 – 11 February 1802), commonly known as Frederic William Marshall, was a German Moravian administrator, town-planner, and architect in North Carolina.
