François Herbert Endene Elokan (born 20 October 1978) is a Cameroonian former professional footballer who played as a forward. Club career He previously played for Raja Casablanca, Chengdu, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała, Pogoń Szczecin, ŁKS Łódź, Besa Kavajë and Thể Công FC. He joined T&T Hà Nội, Vietnam in 2009. Yaoundé
Yaoundé (; , ) is the capital of Cameroon and, with a population of more than 2.8 million, the second-largest city in the country after the port city Douala. It lies in the Centre Region of the nation at an elevation of about 750 metres (2,500 ft) above sea level. The outpost of Epsumb or Jeundo was founded between the Nyong and Sanaga rivers at the northern edge of the area's forests in 1887 by German explorers as a trading base for rubber and ivory. A military garrison was built in 1895 which enabled further colonization. After Imperial Germany's defeat in World War I, France held eastern Cameroon as a mandate, and Yaoundé was chosen to become the capital of the colony in 1922. Douala remained the more important settlement, but Yaoundé saw rapid growth and continued as the seat of government for the Republic of Cameroon upon its independence in 1960. 2006–07 Albanian Cup () was the fifty-fifth season of Albania's annual cup competition. It began on August 27, 2006 with the First Preliminary Round and ended on May 16, 2007 with the Final match. The winners of the competition qualified for the 2007–08 first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. KF Tirana were the defending champions, having won their thirteen Albanian Cup last season. The cup was won by Besa. The first two rounds were played in one-legged format, then other rounds were played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions.
