The Federal Constitutional Court (, usually abbreviated ) is the federal constitutional court of Germany. It is the highest independent constitutional organ of the Judiciary of Germany, German judiciary, ranking equally with the other supreme federal courts, and is – at the same time – the highest federal court in Germany.
