Hubert John Francis Peters (June 5, 1902 – July 17, 1973), nicknamed Frosty Peters, was an American professional ice hockey player. He played 43 games in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers during the 1930–31 season. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1923 to 1934, was spent in the minor leagues. Peters was born in Rouses Point, New York Rouses Point is a village in Clinton County, New York, United States, along the 45th parallel. The population was 2,209 at the 2010 census. Frank Reginald Peters (26 February 1910 – 1990) was an English footballer who played as an outside right. He was born in Birmingham. He made over 240 Football League appearances in the years before the Second World War. Career Peters played locally for Wellington St George's. He initially joined Coventry City but failed to make a first team appearance. Peters moved to Charlton Athletic in July 1930. He had a short spell with Fulham. Peters joined Swindon Town in July 1933. Bob Hewison signed Peters in May 1936 from Swindon Town for Bristol City. Like so many other players Peters ended his football career on the outbreak of the Second World War. Frank D. Peters (born July 17, 1947) is a former American football tackle who played one season for the Cincinnati Bengals of the American Football League (AFL). He played college football at Ohio. Early life and education Frank Peters was born on July 17, 1947, in Lockbourne, Ohio. He attended Hamilton Township High School in Columbus, before playing college football at Ohio. He spent 1965 to 1968 at Ohio University, lettering from '66 to '68. Following his senior season, where he was co-captain of the team, Peters was named the school's "student-athlete of the year".
