Frank Neville Ikard (January 30, 1913 – May 1, 1991) was a Democratic Party (United States), Democratic United States Representative from Texas' 13th congressional district, centered about Wichita Falls, Texas, Wichita Falls, Texas. Beauford Halbert Jester (January 12, 1893 – July 11, 1949) was an American politician who was the 36th governor of Texas, serving from 1947 until his death in office in 1949. The Texas Cowboys is an honorary student organization at the University of Texas that is currently suspended due to hazing violations.
