Franklin H. Moreau (born September 9, 1976) is a former American football running back in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fourth round (115th overall) of the 2000 NFL Draft and also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. The Louisville Cardinals (also known as the Cards) are the NCAA athletic teams representing the University of Louisville. The Cardinals teams play in the Atlantic Coast Conference, beginning in the 2014 season. Pineville is a city in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is located across the Red River from the larger Alexandria. Pineville is hence part of the Alexandria Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 14,555 at the 2010 census.
