Frank Forberger (5 March 1943 – 30 September 1998) was a German rower who competed for East Germany in the 1968 Summer Olympics and in the 1972 Summer Olympics. Brandenburg an der Havel () is a town in Brandenburg, Germany, which served as the capital of the Margraviate of Brandenburg until it was replaced by Berlin in 1417.
