Suarez (band)
Suarez is a Belgian rock pop band with Marc Pinilla on lead vocals and the musician brothers Max et Pata Njava and their cousin Dada Ravalison. The band was established in 2008 in Mons, Belgium where the band had its own studio. In 2008, they showcased in a number of festivals including ''Les Francofolies de Spa'' where they performed in the new talents section of the festival with great reception prompting them to release two albums ''On attend'', their debut in 2008 and ''L'indécideur'' in 2010. For their second album, Suarez received "Best new talent" award during ''Octaves de la musique'', the music awards of the French Belgian market as well as "Album of the Year" for the same album. Their 2010 hit "Qu'est-ce que j'aime ça" remains their most known hit. 2011 saw the joining of David Donnat as a fifth member to the band. Mathieu Clobert
Mathieu Clobert (born 8 January 1992 in Brussels, Belgium) is a Belgian singer-songwriter, composer and poet. Biography Mathieu Clobert studied guitar for seven years and wrote his first lyrics at 11 years. In 2010, he won the competition for best young talent at ''Les Francofolies de Spa'' who revealed Suarez. With this award, he opened concerts by Gérald de Palmas and edited an EP ''MaTheO EP'' by the stage name Matheo. In 2012, he met the producer Watch De Schutter and composed his first album ''Des poètes maudits''. In 2014, Mathieu changed his stage name to Mathieu Clobert. His new album was produced by Nicolas d'Avell : ''DHDT'' and he was invited once again to Les Francofolies de Spa. He was also a finalist in ''Révélation NRJ 2014. Les Francofolies De La Rochelle
Les Francofolies () are an annual music festival founded in 1985 in La Rochelle, Poitou-Charentes, France as an initiative of Jean-Louis Foulquier. It is usually held annually in July and aims at promoting French-language music. Number of those attending the festival has exceeded 160,000 in 2007. Founder Jean-Louis Foulquier went on to establish Les FrancoFolies de Montréal in 1989. Jean-Louis Foulquier founder of the festival died December 10, 2013 following a long illness.
