Francis Chukwuemeka Eze is a Nigerian physicist and researcher. He is the vice chancellor of Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He is a recipient of the Commonwealth Academy Staff Scholarship award, Association Commonwealth Universities, London, 1983; grantee, International Committee Science Unions, India, 1995. A thin film is a layer of material ranging from fractions of a nanometer (monolayer) to several micrometers in thickness.
