Fox Sports FC
''Fox Sports FC'' (formerly ''Total Football'') was an Australian football (soccer) discussion show that televised on Fox Sports. History Aired at 8:30pm every Tuesday night on Fox Sports, the show was split into two halves, with the first half of the show dedicated to the A-League and the second to European football. Regular panelists included Andy Harper, Mark Bosnich, Melanie McLaughlin, Mark Rudan and others to discuss and dissect the weekend's action. The European-based segment primarily discusses the Premier League, with wrap-ups and highlights of football around the world. The European section usually included a guest from England via video link such as Darren Lewis, Ray Parlour, Gary O'Reilly and Stewart Robson. ''The World Game'' was an Australian football (soccer) television show broadcast on the SBS network, as well as a dedicated associated website. The show debuted in 2001 and was the only Australian TV programme dedicated to both football news and issues within Australia as well as around the world. Stewart Ian Robson (born 6 November 1964) is an English former football player and TV and radio football pundit. He played for Arsenal, West Ham United where he was their player of the season in 1988, and Coventry City. After his footballing career ended he took on a role as a TV and radio pundit for Arsenal TV until 2012, ESPN, TalkSPORT and BT Sport. Gary Mills O'Reilly (born 21 March 1961) is an English former professional footballer who played in the Football League for Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton & Hove Albion, Crystal Palace and Birmingham City as a central defender. Life and career O'Reilly was born in Isleworth, now part of Greater London. He played for Grays Athletic before turning professional with Tottenham Hotspur in 1979, and made his debut the following year. After 45 League games for the club, he joined Brighton & Hove Albion for a £45,000 fee. He stayed with Brighton for two-and-a-half seasons before moving on to Crystal Palace. He scored in the 1989–90 FA Cup semi-final as Palace beat Liverpool 4–3 after extra time, and then scored the opening goal in the final, against Manchester United. Ray Parlour
Raymond Parlour (born 7 March 1973) is an English former professional footballer and sports radio pundit for BBC Radio 5 Live and Talksport. He was a midfielder from 1992 to 2007, and spent his career playing for Arsenal, Middlesbrough and Hull City. He totalled 466 games and 32 goals for Arsenal, winning honours including three Premier League titles, four FA Cup and the 1994 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup. He played ten games for England in 1999 and 2000. While at Arsenal he was nicknamed "The Romford Pelé", an ironic sobriquet reflecting his combination of solid performance with a humorous, self-deprecating, down to earth personality and an image wholly lacking in glamour. A-League Men (known as the Isuzu UTE A-League for sponsorship reasons) is the highest-level professional men's soccer league in Australia and New Zealand. At the top of the Australian league system, it is the country's premier men's competition for the sport.
