Forsbacka IK is a sports club in Forsbacka, Sweden, established in 1918. The club plays bandy, floorball, handball and soccer. The men's bandy team, popular known as the "Yellow Peril" ( sv, Gula faran), has played 16 seasons in the Swedish top division. between 1940 and 1967–1968. Bandy is a winter sport and ball sport played by two teams wearing ice skates on a large ice surface (either indoors or outdoors) while using sticks to direct a ball into the opposing team's goal. In sports leagues, promotion and relegation is a process where teams are transferred between multiple divisions based on their performance for the completed season. Leagues that use promotion and relegation systems are often called open leagues.
