Arnaldo Forlani, (; born 8 December 1925) is an Italian former politician and statesman who served as the 43rd prime minister of Italy from 18 October 1980 to 28 June 1981. He also held the office of deputy prime minister, minister of Foreign Affairs and minister of Defence. A member of the right-wing faction of the Christian Democracy party, Forlani was one of the most prominent Italian politicians from the 1970s to early 1990s. At years old, he is both the oldest living and the longest-lived prime minister of Italy. Early life and career Forlani was born in Pesaro, Marche, from a middle-class family. In 1948, after the degree in law at the University of Urbino, Forlani began his political career, holding the position of provincial secretary of Christian Democracy for Pesaro; he was later elected in the municipal and provincial councils. Kazimir Forlani
Kazimir Forlani ( it, Casimiro Forlani; 2 March 1834 – 3 August 1887) was a Croatian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as bishop of Kotor from 1879 until his death in 1887. He also served as auxiliary bishop of Split-Makarska from 1872 until 1880. Biography Forlani was born in Drniš in Dalmatia, Austrian Empire. He attended elementary school, gymnasium and theological studies in Zadar. Forlani studied theology at Augustineum in Vienna, where he earned his Ph.D. in theology in 1859. There, he was ordained a deacon on 1 December 1856, and a priest on 8 March 1857. In 1857, he started to lecture at the Catholic Faculty of Theology, University of Zadar, where he taught the Old Testament and Oriental languages from 1862 until 1866f and church history and canon law from 1866 until 1873. Richard Forlani Neely (August 2, 1941 – November 8, 2020) was a justice and chief justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals from 1973 to 1995. When he took office, he became the youngest judge of a court of last resort in the English-speaking world in the 20th century. Early life and education Neely was born in Los Angeles, California. He graduated in 1964 from Dartmouth College, in economics. In 1967 he graduated from Yale Law School. From 1968 to 1969, Neely served as an army artillery captain in Vietnam, where he was assigned to the staff of John Paul Vann and then to the staff of Ambassador Charles S. Whitehouse.
