For the Fallen Dreams, often abbreviated FTFD, is an American metalcore band from Lansing, Michigan, formed in 2003. The band originally signed to Rise Records but produced one album under Artery Recordings in 2012. After the departure of then vocalist Dylan Richter and the return of vocalist Chad Ruhlig in 2013, the band started producing music under Rise Records once again until 2022. They have released three demos (their first being in the genre of deathcore), a self-titled extended play, and six full-length albums: ''Changes'' (2008), ''Relentless'' (2009), '' Back Burner'' (2011), '' Wasted Youth'' (2012), '' Heavy Hearts'' (2014) and ''Six'' (2018). ''Back Burner'' is the third studio album by American metalcore band For the Fallen Dreams. It was released on May 24, 2011, through Rise Records and was produced by Tom Denney. ''Back Burner'' is the first album not to feature original drummer and primary songwriter Andrew Tkaczyk and final for Rise Records before their subsequent contractual release from the label. Background Following up from the band's previous record, ''Relentless'', the group began writing for ''Back Burner'' by the ending months of 2010 and traveled out to Ocala, Florida to begin recording for it by the next year. At the time of its recording, For the Fallen Dreams lacked a bassist, so the bass guitar parts were performed by the band's guitarists, Jim Hocking and Kalan Blehm. Emmure () is an American metalcore band formed in 2003. Originally based in New Fairfield, Connecticut, before moving to Queens, New York, the group has released eight albums, with their first public release being a 2006 EP entitled ''The Complete Guide to Needlework''. Victory Records has worked with the band throughout most of their career, starting with ''Goodbye to the Gallows'' (2007). DevilDriver is an American heavy metal band from Santa Barbara, California, formed in 2002, consisting of vocalist Dez Fafara, lead guitarist Mike Spreitzer, drummer Davier Pérez, bassist Jon Miller and rhythm guitarist Alex Lee. Asriel was a Japanese metal band composed of Kurose Keisuke (Composer and Representative) and KOKOMI (Vocal and Lyrics). They were an indie group and have released 10 indie albums and 4 commercial singles. They started out releasing their music in the doujin scene, but have since also had their music used for anime and visual novels. Jeremy Wade McKinnon (born December 17, 1985) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer, best known as a founding member and the lead vocalist of A Day to Remember. He has produced full-length albums for The Ghost Inside, Neck Deep, and Wage War. Biography Jeremy McKinnon was raised in Ocala, Florida and grew up with two sisters. A Day to Remember (often abbreviated ADTR, and previously known as End of an Era) is an American rock band from Ocala, Florida, founded in 2003 by guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs. They are known for their amalgamation of metalcore and pop punk. The band currently consists of vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, rhythm guitarist Neil Westfall, percussionist/drummer Alex Shelnutt and lead guitarist Kevin Skaff. Signing with Indianola Records for their first album, ''And Their Name Was Treason'' (2005), Scruggs was replaced by Shelnutt in 2006. Later that year the band recorded ''For Those Who Have Heart'' (2007) for Victory Records.
